Starr Restaurant's has launched another event as part of the pop-up restaurant series. Previously held at the Washington Square restaurant space in Philadelphia, this event will take place at Continental Mid-town. A pop-up restaurant is a full-service, limited-run incubator restaurant bringing fresh talent and experimental concepts to Philadelphia.
The third installment of the pop-up series brings Munich to Center City via South Philly. South Philly Tap Room* chef Scott Schroeder taps kegs & fires-up the grill for an all-you-can-eat-and-drink Oktoberfest buffet dinner on the roof of Continental Mid-town for $45 (includes tax and tip). SEDSO DESIGN is pleased to announce the launch of the newly designed menu system for Stephen Starr's Continental Martini Bar & Restaurant in Old City Philadelphia. As former employees of the Continental, Thomas Foley and Jason Ganski have a special connection to this project. We are extremely happy to see our designs on the tables of a restaurant we each spent over 5 years working for.
To celebrate, we invite you to join us at the Continental in Old City on 2nd and Market St, this Friday, June 25th to enjoy their new happy hour deals at the back room bar.

SEDSO DESIGN will display the design process for this project to give everyone a better understanding of how we go about designing a menu system for a client like the Continental. The Rittenhouse Row Festival, being held on May 1, 2010, is an annual event in Center City Philadelphia with street cafes, art, beauty, fashion shows, live music and entertainment from Avenue of the Arts to Rittenhouse Square along Walnut Street.

Starr Restaurants has partnered with Philabundance so that when you donate non-perishable items to Philabundance, the region’s largest hunger relief organization, you will be entered to win dinner for 2 at all of the 13 Philadelphia Starr Restaurants.* Each item gives you one chance to win and you may enter as many times as you want.
* Drop off locations will be at each Starr Restaurant along Walnut Street and at the Philabundance truck located on 19th Street. The drawing will take place at the Culinary Demonstration Stage at 5pm. Cash contributions are also welcome, and $2 gets you a ticket.
