Butcher & Singer, by Stephan Starr of the Starr Restaurant Group in Philadelphia, is a steaks and chops spot that pays 'homage to old Hollywood, low lights and dark woods that evoke a feeling reminiscent of a bygone era when women donned full red lips, men wore a suit and tie and post-Prohibition liquor flowed freely.' Butcher & Singer has started a lunch special that features a 10oz. burger and fries for $5.95 (unheard of deal). Sedso completed the email blast that drew inspiration from the restaurants website intro that mimics the feeling of old black and white film strip movies. The first design was Sedso's favorite, but SRO preferred the same version in red that reinforced the reddish color from the identity.
